Introduction This No Refunds / Returns Policy ("Policy") applies to every purchase from Vibey LLC, doing business as Vibey ("we," "our," "us"). By paying for or using any of our offerings, you agree to the terms below. 2. Scope of Services This Policy covers all services and products we provide, including: Coaching and training programs (e.g., The Vibey Protocol weekly implementation sprints) AI employee / agent deployment and related implementations Digital services, SaaS subscriptions, and data or information sales Marketing, advertising, and consulting services Any physical or digital equipment, supplies, or deliverables supplied by us All sales in these categories are final and non-refundable. 3. No Refunds or Returns Coaching & Training Services – Non-refundable once payment is made; no returns accepted. Marketing / Advertising Services – Non-refundable once purchased; no returns accepted. AI Agent Deployment – Non-refundable once the agreement is signed; no returns accepted. Data / Information / Pixel Sales – Non-refundable once the agreement is signed; no returns accepted. Physical or Digital Equipment & Supplies – Non-refundable once delivered; no returns accepted. If you believe a delivered service or item materially fails to meet the agreed specification, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery/deployment at hello@scalingcollective.co. We will review the issue and, at our sole discretion, determine any goodwill remedy. Our decision is final. 4. Exceptions Statutory Rights – Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable Cyprus or EU law. Misuse or Abuse – We may refuse any remedy if we reasonably suspect misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity. 5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution This Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising from or related to this Policy shall be resolved solely in the competent courts of Cyprus. 6. Charge-Back Waiver By completing your purchase, you waive any right to initiate a charge-back with your card issuer or banking institution for amounts paid, except where required under non-waivable consumer-protection law. 7.
